(I)
Come
wake me up,
up
from the world that I am in,
for
I can tell you it is a bad dream,
trying
to lock me in its spin,
sit
beside me,
take
mine and wedge your fingers in,
tell
me you are with me,
and
let the story begin,
heave
me,
slide
my arm on your shoulders slow,
ask
me if I am okay?
ask
me if I am ready to go?
then
walk me from there,
and
talk me from there,
take
me by your hand,
take
me elsewhere…..,
let
me forget who I am,
let
me remember you again,
let
me touch and feel you now,
for
my wait upon you to finally drain,
shed
my tiredness by your words of care,
all
my miseries, none to spare,
tell
me it wasn’t worthless trying so hard,
that
my hopes had burnt to ashes in the air,
if
there is some love left in you,
let
me sink in it all bare,
wipe
my tears and let me wipe your share,
take
me by your hand,
take
me elsewhere…..,
(II)
Are
you the dying sun?
or
you are the rising one?
I
can't tell the difference when I see the two,
tell
me, tell me which one is you,
tell
me how long will you stay?
will
you turn my days into night or my nights into day?
make
me, break me, tell me you're there,
tell
me you'd be around somewhere,
yes
I am this fearful, so make me aware,
take
me by your hand,
take
me elsewhere,
remind
me, your words haven't lost the meaning,
the
vows you made are still breathing,
I
am the reason you have been living,
and
I haven't truly lost what I have been seeking,
rub
my skin, outline my face,
from
my chin pass through my hair,
and
while you're, don’t blink my stare,
just
hold me by your hand,
carry
me elsewhere,
(III)
Lift
the weight of all that was left unanswered,
it
grew heavy on me as the days went by,
release
upon me your sigh and explain,
that
you too went through all the same,
that
you met my reflections wherever you went,
sat
alone on the quiet stairs to vent,
all
that filled your insides every moment,
figuring
the sense to it all, that the very time meant,
you
kept telling yourself back and again,
that
this, is not the end,
it
ate you to believe it is all true,
down
a tree in the woods of memories you,
sat
frozen like me under the snowing grief,
while
you let your soul be swallowed in an endless wait,
that
I will return as life to you though late,
and
as you complete,
wording
your story to me,
let
the looming darkness,
immerse
into light alongside,
as
I break my head in to your chest,
provoke
my spirits by yours to walk beside,
and
as we leave behind this numbing pain,
from
this earth to other worlds out there,
let’s
be one and build a home elsewhere,
breathe
our ends together in an abode out there,
let
us, be one, to find a home elsewhere…..
This was like a scene in a film, where a writer reads to me his new creation and the girl listening falls for her... Beautiful, keep on writing!!
